Customized doors and windows, cutting of tempered glass

If the tempered glass door does not meet the installation size, it will be very troublesome to rework, so it is necessary to be accurate at the beginning of measurement.

The measurement of tempered glass mainly includes the width and height of glass plate. When measuring the width of the glass plate, measure at the bottom, middle and top respectively, and select the minimum size as the cutting width. If the data from the top, middle and bottom are consistent, reduce the measured size by 3-5mm as the cutting width of the glass.

Similarly, the height of the glass plate should include the installation parts inserted into the upper and lower rungs, so it is generally 3-5mm less than the measured data for cutting.

2 treatment and installation of tempered glass

After the glass plate is cut according to the size, the four corners usually need to be chamfered. Generally, the fine grinding wheel block is used to grind the glass plate slowly.

Then, the bottom bracket is fixed, and the aluminum alloy doors and windows are fixed by the aluminum alloy frame, which is fixed on the frame with the aluminum angle.

First, use the glass suction cup to pass the glass plate to the West and put the glass in place. Insert the upper part of the glass plate into the limit slot in the door frame, and then place the lower part of the glass plate in the butt joint of the bottom support facing.

3 glue injection sealing, door and window molding, wind proof and waterproof

The thickness of the glass plate should be fixed, and glue should be injected at the top of the limit slot and the bottom bracket, as well as the joint between the glass plate and the frame column. Scrape the glue flat on both sides of the opposite seam of the glass plate with a plastic sheet, and wipe away the residue. Be careful when wiping the residue, and try not to use sharp objects such as blades.

After the height of the door leaf is determined, small wooden strips are inserted from both sides of the gap between the glass plate and the entrance and exit rung. Tap firmly to inject glass glue into the gap between the small wooden strips, the door leaf glass and the rung, and then deal with the residue with the above method.
