The arc glass door of toilet is generally designed according to the requirements of toilet type. The arc glass door of shower room is designed with fan-shaped base. On the one hand, the design of arc glass door can effectively use the rest space of the toilet without affecting other washing functions, on the other hand, it can design fan-shaped glass door to solve the adverse decoration of the toilet.

Installation of arc glass door

1. Installation of fixed frame of arc automatic door:

(1) Six columns shall be installed according to the size requirements.

(2) The column and the hat head are composed of the cap head, which is fixed on the column with the screw.

(3) The lower wharf is assembled with the column, and the lower wharf and column are connected with angle aluminum and screws.

(4) The upper support assembly is installed, and the beam is connected with the beam by angle support and fixed with bolt and nut. The beam is connected with the inner wall of the hat head and fixed with angle support and screw.

2. Flat steel installation: flat steel is installed on the inner surface of the hat head, and the flat steel is fixed with all parts of the driving mechanism.

3. Installation of guide rail support (installation of arc rail support): install the driving device fixing plate to flat steel with m8x25 screw, and 12 guide rail supports shall be installed for 1 / 2 circular driving mechanism.

4. Install the circular rail: fix the circular rail to the guide rail bracket with m6x20 screw.

5. Installation of drive device and drive wheel: install the drive device fixing plate to flat steel with m8x15 screw, and then fix the drive device, drive motor and drive wheel to the fixing plate with m6x15 screw.

6. Idler installation: install the idler fixing plate to flat steel with m8x15 screw, and then install the idler gear to the idler fixing plate with m6x12 screw.

Installation of tensioning wheel: fix the processed tensioning wheel to the wheel fixing plate, then fix the fixing plate to the tensioner bracket with the screw of m6x10, and then fix the tensioner bracket to the flat steel with m8x15 screw.

7. Assembly of door ring hanger and belt fastener: one side of each circular door is equipped with pulley hanger, and the other side needs to be fixed with m4x12 screw on pulley hanger, and belt fastener is installed on the connecting plate for connection between door leaf and synchronous belt.

8. Door leaf hoisting: the door leaf shall be installed with the hanger of the door pulley first, and then the pulley and the door crane shall be hung on the circular guide rail. Adjust the vertical position of the door leaf and the gap between the two doors. After it is suitable, fix the leather arc glass door belt fastener on the door pulley hanger and the synchronous belt, and the door leaf is connected with the driving mechanism. Note that the movement direction of belt fasteners and synchronous belt shall be consistent.

9. Install door stop: the door stop is the limit device of door leaf opening and closing. The position of door stop is determined when the arc automatic door is in all open state. The position is set as 9. After setting, fix the stop with screws.

10. Install controller: first install the control fixing plate, and then install the controller to the controller fixing plate with screws.

11. Installation of sensor and electric control system connection: install the connection of sensor, power switch and electric control part of drive motor.

12. Installation of roof: after the installation of all parts of arc shaped automatic door, the roof plate shall be installed and waterproof and rain proof treatment shall be carried out.
